What a pleasant surprise. I expected another fast talking dealership, but was met instead by a lovely representative, Ana, who quickly became my advocate. Within a few minutes, Ana ascertained what my needs were, and worked with management to obtain a fair price. This was all done over the phone over approximately 3 hours. The next day, I drove to Montgomery Toyota to test drive, inspect, and sign the paperwork (2 hours total). Later that day Ana delivered the vehicle because I had to drive my other vehicle home. 10/10 service at Toyota Montgomery!! I took my Acura in for an oil change & tire rotation today. They checked my tires, looked my car over, checked my wipers and air filters. Heyden in the service center helped me & was kind, kept me updated on the status of my car, and explained what was done. They didn’t pressure me to get anything done I didn’t need, and the store manager came to check on me and say hello. Truly cannot recommend this dealership enough, even if you don’t have a Toyota! I was recommended to this dealership by a family member who purchased her car here. One of my other friends bought his truck from Jaime and had a great experience! I had been looking for a car for about two weeks after wrecking my Nissan Rogue, and I was honestly stressed out. I really needed something reliable and didn’t have a lot of options. I have been looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee for a while. I’ve always loved the vehicles. After going to Jeep down the road and was not helped after 20 minutes. I left and went to Toyota where within 5 minutes I met Miss Cassandra, she was wonderful, walked me out to the lot, I told her the options I was looking for, she pointed out a couple vehicles. Then we found it. A beautiful Grand Cherokee, with the options I wanted and more, charging less then all the other dealerships I was looking at in the surrounding areas. Within minutes, we were test driving, she held a wonderful conversation during it and was extremely helpful. We sat down ran numbers and she got it nice and cleaned up and a full tank of gas and I was on my way in no time!!
